Interactive Maps: Addressing the Surface
Addressing the Surface was an unbound interactive analog atlas on open data relating to people living in buildings operated by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. This data was presented on 12 maps, each printed on a single transparent sheet for the public to overlap and interpret. Edgar Baculi, a Toronto Metropolitan University master candidate, saw my thesis at the graduate exhibition at OCAD University. He contracted with me while adapting my thesis concept. He gathered the data and we collaborated on creating this interactive data presentation method.
